As Chief Operations Officer, Ayo is responsible for ensuring that Business Development targets set by the Company’s Board of Directors are met as well as ensuring the successful delivery of all projects and commitments made to our customers.
A certified Project Manager, Ayo has spent the last 12 years of his professional career successfully delivering multi-million pound projects. Projects have included complete Business Processes Re-engineering, installation and integration of turnkey solutions, refurbishment of legacy infrastructure and organizational assets and the management of change.
As a Senior Management Consultant, Ayo was responsible for significant parts of the change programme following the merger that created the largest pharmaceutical company in Europe. In his project management career with an International technology consultancy, Ayo has successfully delivered multi - million pound projects with teams of over 60 people. He has also been responsible for delivering on projects spanning across multiple countries in 3 continents.
Between 2002 and 2005, Ayo’s key focus was in setting up the company’s project execution capabilities. A task that 16 years work experience gained in the UK had
prepared him for.
Following a first degree in Geography, Ayo completed an MBA (specialising in International Marketing and Strategy), and a Masters degree in Business Systems Analysis and Design. With a career that has included positions such as Sales and Marketing Manager, through being a Business and Systems Analyst, to Sales and Marketing consultant, Ayo has considerable pedigree in delivering and enhancing the Customer experience.
