Kayode Thomas has solid background in Corporate Strategy, Business
Development, Project Management, Business Analysis and Supply Chain
Management, having worked across several key functions with various blue
chip organisations. He has several years international experience of
providing business analysis, project management and consultancy to major
multi national corporations and helping businesses deliver and achieve
their strategic goals.

Prior to Bell Oil & Gas, Kayode managed and delivered various
strategy-related projects, including business process re-engineering,
organization design, change management, ERP solutions roll-out, mergers
& acquisitions, and business integration. He has held various strategic
roles in different organisations, including the Nigerian National
Petroleum Corporation (London office), British Telecommunications (UK),
Johnson & Johnson (UK) and Cable & Wireless (UK). He also worked for
several years as for GlaxoSmithKline (UK), with responsibility for
managing and developing businesses and supply chain processes across
Europe. He was responsible for business development, supply chain
management, new product introduction, sales and operations planning,
customer services and performance management. His achievements in the
various functions led to him being named the Glaxo Wellcome IIP Award
winner in 1998.

As an entrepreneur with a successful track record in taking leadership
roles in cross-functional teams and driven by continuous learning,
Kayode has overall responsibility for Corporate Strategy & Direction,
Business Development, Planning & Implementation, Change Management,
Corporate Governance, Strategic Alliances and Corporate Social
Responsibility.

A Harvard Business School graduate, Kayode is a highly motivated and
articulate professional who brings with him extensive management and
business development experience and expertise spanning across many key
business areas.

In addition to attending several management training programmes, Kayode
holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Physics, an M.Sc in Advanced Manufacturing
Systems, and an MBA.
