Jessy Obureke - Human Resources Manager

Jessy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology. Her very first job
after graduation as a Human Resources Supervisor and her personal flare
to bring out the best in every individual prompted her to undertake a
MBA specializing in Human Resources Management. She has attended several
HR training and conferences in Nigeria. Jessy also has strong grounding
in business systems management, communications management, project
management and corporate governance.
Jessy’s career of over 15 years has included positions in Marketing,
Business Development, Business Systems Analysis and Design and Human
Resources Management.
An associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of
Nigeria, Jessy worked for two years as a Management Consultant and was
responsible for crafting HR Systems and procedures for organizations in
different sectors of the Nigerian Economy.
As Human Resources Manager, Jessy is responsible for ensuring that the
company's targets are met through effective management of people and the
alignment of all people-decisions with corporate vision and mission.
