Adeolu is a graduate of Accounting with over 13 years experience in Accounting, Financial Management and Information Technology.

He started his career with one of the leading software development firm in Nigeria (Pagasys computers) as Implementation Consultant. He has
implemented various financial solution software for different financial institutions including Union Bank Plc, Marina international Bank, Midas
Bank and Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) Abuja. Accounting software worked on include payroll and administrative systems, general
ledger, fleet management software, inventory control applications, fixed assets and enterprise information systems.

Adeolu later joined the Financial Control Department of Lead Bank plc as the Bank Master Administrator with financial control functions. He is
the pioneer Financial Controller of Lloyd Anderson, a foremost Facilities Management and Logistics Support Services company. He was
also the Financial Controller of Impex Worldwide Ltd before joining Bell Oil & Gas Ltd.

Adeolu is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has attended several Accounting, Tax, IT and Management
courses.
