Ayo Aderibigbe – Deputy Managing Director

Ayo Aderibigbe is one of the founding Directors of Bell Oil & Gas and became a Deputy Managing Director in 2019. He held the position of Chief Operating Officer over the formative years of the company when it achieved its ISO certification in Quality as well as Category A status from Nigerian Content and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) for the establishment of the first Composite Pipe Fabrication Facility in Nigeria. As Deputy Managing Director, Ayo is responsible for Field Service Operations and delivery of end-to-end solutions to meet the clients’ needs. He is also responsible for overseeing all Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) activities across the company.Above all else, Ayo is committed to the growth and development of people and dedicates a high proportion of his time to training, teaching, coaching and mentoring with emphasis on the whole person, rather than just on increasing technical proficiency.

Prior to joining Bell Oil & Gas, Ayo career included Management Consultant, Project and Programme Management. Following a first degree in Geography from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife (Nigeria), Ayo obtained an MBA from Kingston University (UK) as well as another Master’s degree in Business Systems Analysis and Design at City University, London. Since then, he has undertaken several intensive courses in Oil and Gas as well as in Leadership at internationally renowned and Ivy league business schools, with the most recent being in Boston (Massachusetts, USA) where he received a certificate in International Gas Business Management.

Ayo’s passion for Enterprise development in Nigeria is also keenly manifested in several ways: he volunteers his time in coaching and advising young Entrepreneurs, and he serves as Non-Executive Director on the boards of several budding organisations, giving strategic steer as appropriate.
Ayo is married and blessed with three children.
